Social responsibility is important at Alanod
As a company, we are fully aware of our social responsibility and, together with the Reichert-Alanod Foundation, have been supporting social projects in Ennepetal and the surrounding area for the last few years.
Reichert-Alanod Foundation
The Reichert Alanod Foundation, Ennepetal, pursues charitable and benevolent purposes such as research to combat diseases, the promotion of youth and elderly care in Ennepetal, as well as children and youth sports. The foundation also supports children's and youth universities in the surrounding area.
We take responsibility
As a socially active company that cultivates a value-oriented corporate culture with its employees, customers and suppliers, we also want to make our contribution to society. For us, economic success and social commitment belong together. We involve local partners in numerous projects and support local endeavours. In addition to this, we are also involved in targeted work with young people in Ennepetal and the surrounding area. In everything we do, we focus on human interaction - the basis for acceptance and trust in our actions.
We regularly train young people in various fields. In the technical and commercial field, we offer training in cooperation with universities, vocational academies, internships, diploma theses and trainee programmes.
We have deliberately chosen Germany as a production location to support the German economy and create jobs. By working locally, we guarantee optimal processes and product quality. Everything is made in Germany.
