Our TECHNO PRIME functional layers have been specially developed for easy integration into composite constructions. They can be easily incorporated into HPL/CPL laminates or embedded directly into door constructions. With a thickness of 0.1 mm and a maximum width of 1,350 mm, they offer optimum processing properties for industrial manufacturing processes. The functional layers are already pre-treated and can be used directly without any further processing steps.
As a component in doors, the TECHNO PRIME functional layers contribute to improving the fire resistance class. The thin aluminum layers form an effective barrier that slows down the spread of flames in the event of a fire. The exact fire protection classification of the end product depends on the overall design of the door.
TECHNO PRIME functional layers have a water vapor diffusion resistance coefficient (μ-value) that ensures almost complete diffusion impermeability. Incorporated into HPL/CPL laminates, they reliably prevent moisture transport and thus protect the load-bearing materials from warping or swelling. Our aluminum layers offer a decisive advantage for the longevity of your products, especially in damp rooms or with climate fluctuations. The functional layers fully retain their vapor barrier properties even after deformation processes.
TECHNO PRIME functional coatings have been specially optimized for industrial processing. They can be easily cut, milled and drilled using standard methods. The materials do not impair the bondability or paintability of your end products.
