We have been modifying and refining surface properties on aluminium, copper, steel and stainless steel for more than 50 years. From anodizing and PVD coating to individually developed paint and primer systems, we offer all process technologies – reliably and safely – from a single source. Our high-quality products are used internationally in the lighting, solar, automotive, electrical and interior & exterior industries. We produce on an industrial scale for global markets at our company headquarters in Ennepetal with around 200 employees.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:
Work Scheduler/Supply Chain Management Clerk (m/f/d) full-time
The main tasks of this position include
- Creating new articles, qualities, work plans, parts lists in the ERP system
- Rough and detailed planning of the primary machine units
- Order processing and timely processing of production orders
- On-time scheduling of orders, taking into account delivery times and the production campaign
- Triggering stock and test orders, taking customer forecast quantities into account
- Checking/monitoring and, if necessary, replenishing finished stock according to various criteria
Requirements:
- Completed technical vocational training or completed commercial training and/or professional experience in a comparable position.
- Basic knowledge of work preparation is an advantage
- Structured way of working, good self-organization
- Experience in dealing with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics, as well as confident handling of common MS Office programs.
- Very good written and spoken German
- Impeccable police clearance certificate
