For packaging elements, we offer DECO PRIME® surfaces in particularly thin versions from 0.1 mm. These ultra-thin metal foils are ideal for intricate decorations, seals and emblems without significantly increasing the overall weight of the packaging. For screw caps and structural components, thicknesses of up to 1.0 mm are available, which convey a pleasant heaviness and value.
Our DECO PRIME® surfaces have special protective coatings that ensure excellent resistance to cosmetics, perfumes and spirits. The sealed surfaces are resistant to alcohol, oils and mild acids. We offer specially adapted surface treatments for particularly demanding chemical environments.
A wide range of finishing options are available for your brand presentation: From high-precision embossing and engraving to digital printing directly on the metal surface and laser engraving for particularly fine details. For anodized surfaces, your logo can be integrated during the surface finishing process. Partial lacquering, matting or texturing are also possible to create subtle contrasts. The combination of different finishing techniques enables a three-dimensional effect and special light reflections that impressively showcase your logo.
We offer various specialized solutions for bonding with other packaging materials: Our backside primer systems enable reliable bonding with glass, plastic or other materials. Thermoplastic coatings are available for direct integration into injection-molded parts, which ensure a material-locking connection during back injection molding. Alternatively, the metal elements can also be attached mechanically, for example using clip connections or edgings. For complex connection situations, our application engineers will support you with individual solution concepts.
Sustainability is a core value for us: our aluminum surfaces are produced with up to 90% recycled material, which requires 95% less energy compared to primary aluminum production. Production is climate-neutral with 100% green electricity in Germany. The metal elements of your packaging are also fully recyclable and can be easily reused in the existing aluminum cycle.
