The use of MIRO-SILVER® CoM can increase the luminous efficacy of your CoB modules by up to 15% compared to standard base plate material. This is achieved by the optimized reflection characteristics, which are specially adapted to the spectrum of white LEDs. The uniform reflection across all relevant wavelengths also ensures excellent color rendering and prevents unwanted color shifts, which is particularly important for high-quality lighting solutions.
Yes, our base plate material is available in various formats and geometries that are tailored to the most common CoB chip designs. The standard dimensions cover most common market formats. In addition, we also offer customer-specific solutions as part of our production, which are tailored precisely to your individual chip sizes and geometries. This enables optimum integration into your existing product designs and minimizes the adaptation effort.
Our MIRO-SILVER® CoM surfaces are designed for continuous temperatures of up to 150°C, which significantly exceeds the typical operating temperatures of CoB LED modules. In peak load areas, the materials can also withstand higher temperatures for short periods without impairing the reflective properties. The long-term thermal stability has been proven by extensive tests and guarantees constant performance over the entire service life of your LED products.
Our materials for the electronics industry meet all relevant environmental and safety standards, including RoHS, REACH and WEEE.
