Alanod takes a big leap towards sustainability
We are a manufacturer of high-reflective aluminum surfaces used in outdoor solar parabolic trough applications.
Based on the belief that solar process heat can also be efficiently used in Germany, we have decided to install a pilot plant on one of our production facilities in Ennepetal together with our partner Soliterm from Aachen.
We will generate steam by using concentrated solar thermal (CSP) technology, which will then be used in our facilities. In this way, we are reducing our dependence on fossil fuels and contributing to the energy transition.
