ALANOD repositions itself and strengthens its Management Board
The shareholders and the Advisory Board announce that with effect from 01.09.2023 Mr. Frank M. Bruns, Chairman of the Advisory Board of the ALANOD Group also takes over the Chairmanship of the Management Board as CEO.
The background of the decision is to implement the initiated strategic business transformation of the ALANOD Group more successfully.
Frank M. Bruns has more than 30 years of international experience in the management of companies at C-level, including the last 20 years as CEO. He has successfully held his international advisory board positions for more than 20 years.
He is a proven expert in Change Management and Business Transformations in manufacturing industries in the mid-market as well as listed corporate entities.
We are convinced that his expertise, vision and values will contribute to the success of the ALANOD Group.
We wish Mr. Bruns much success in his new position.
Mr. Oliver Storbeck will leave the Management Board with effect from 31.08.2023. We thank Mr. Storbeck for the many years of cooperation and wish him only the best for his private and professional life.
